WOMAN CHARGED OVER CAR CRASH WITH FORMER BIKIE BOSS
Police have charged the daughter of a high-profile brain surgeon over a car crash, which has left the founder of the Comanchero motorcycle gang fighting for life.
24-year-old Nicole Teo was driving a Toyota Landcruiser when she allegedly crossed onto the wrong side of the road, striking former bikie Jock Ross on his Harley Davidson motorcycle on the New South Wales Central Coast yesterday afternoon.
Mr Ross suffered critical injuries in the head-on collision on Settlers Road at Lower Macdonald at around 3:30pm.
The 76-year-old was airlifted to Westmead Hospital.
Ms Teo is the daughter of prominent brain surgeon Charlie Teo.
She has been charged with dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, not keep left of the dividing line and not give particulars to police.
Mr Ross was president of the notorious Comanchero club in Sydney in the 1970s and 80s.
Ross eventually left the gang, moved north of Sydney and is now a Rural Fire Service captain and grandfather of 12.
