A vocal New Lambton resident is calling for an independent investigation into the erection of six sets of flood lights at Novocastrian Park.
He’s concerned about the structural integrity of the four-storey-high towers and more importantly, the impact on neighbouring homes.

What a joke. The council approved the development, an independant review cleared the council of any wrong doing and this person still wants to have a whinge. Surely NBN has better stories to worry about than rehashing a this old story.
