Port Stephens residents have just under two weeks to have their say on plans for an $18-million hotel near the derelict Anna Bay Resort, on Gan Gan Road.
The development application, lodged with council, includes townhouse accommodation, a swimming pool and restaurant.
Public submissions close on November 7.
