A South Australian man has been charged over the alleged sexual assault of a man near Armidale at the weekend.
The 37-year-old was arrested at a home at Uralla on Sunday and taken to Armidale Police Station where he was charged with a string of offences including five counts of aggravated sexual assault.
Police will allege the man tied up his victim before sexually assaulting him.
The 33-year-old, who wasn’t known to his attacker, was taken to Armidale Hospital for treatment.
