BUSHFIRES IMPACT MOUNTAIN DISTRICTS’ POWER

Bushfires have cut electricity to more than 400 homes in the Central Coast’s Mountain Districts.

Central Coast suburbs affected include Gunderman, Mangrove Creek, Lower Mangrove and Spencer.

Ausgrid says residents should “relocate and make alternative arrangements where possible”, and that the issue is unlikely to be fixed this weekend, with more than 100 trees are at risk of falling where the provider would carry out work.
