GINGER CREEK FIRE CAUSING DAMAGE TO OXLEY HIGHWAY

A bushfire west of Wauchope has caused substantial damage to the Oxley Highway.

The guard rails, retaining walls and road surface will need replacing…As well as the removal of fire-damaged trees.

The Gingers Creek fire has been burning for more than a month.
