The cloud over Western Australia is plentiful as ex-cyclone Blake moves deeper inland. It’s still extremely hot and dry across Central and Eastern Australia.
Blake will continue to move inland across southern WA delivering large amounts of moisture to the west and now southern Australia. The strong front moving across the Bight will be able to tap into some of this moisture and deliver rain and storms to the region tomorrow as the southerly sweeps northward during the day.
The change will arrive early across the Central Coast Hunter region. It will bring with it showers and storms especially to the north and cool conditions for all.
Tomorrow’s southerly will probably be the most significant in about three years marking the beginning of real change as rain is now expected to return from the middle of summer. This was the long term forecast from about 4 months ago.
