A woman has allegedly been caught driving more than four-times over the legal blood alcohol limit with a four-year-old in the car.
The 44-year-old was stopped at Islington last night, later recording a reading of 0.222 when she was breath tested at Newcastle Police Station.
She was charged with high range drink driving, and is due to face Newcastle Local Court next month.
