North Coast councils will soon receive a much-needed financial boost, with the federal government providing more than $3.5-million in financial assistance grants.
Federal Member for Cowper, Luke Hartsuyker, says the funds will be distributed to all councils in the north coast region including Coffs Harbour, Nambucca and Kempsey.
The grants can be used for a range of services and infrastructure improvements, including road projects, employment and health programs.
