Level One water restrictions came into effect across the Central Coast on Monday.
Storage in Mangrove Creek Dam is currently at 50.34 per cent, just above the 50 per cent restriction trigger set by Council last year.
Despite the heavy rain over the weekend, the dam strorage level is still expected to fall in the coming days.
Restrictions will be in force until levels rise above 52 per cent.
