Police are appealing for witnesses into a serious car crash on Bangalow Road, near Lismore, last Thursday.
Just before 11am, a Holden Rodeo Ute collided with a Pantech truck, which then hit a Subaru hatchback.
The 44 year old female hatchback driver is still in a serious condition in hospital, while the 32 year old male ute driver is stable.
Investigators have only received limited information so far.
