HUNTER WOMAN LEAVES MILLIONS TO CHARITIES IN HER WILL
A Hunter woman who recently passed away has left millions of dollars to charities in the region.
Fifteen community organisations were invited to Broadmeadow’s Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service this morning, on behalf of 87 year old Shiela Woodcock.
Sheila, who never spoke publicly of her wealth, dedicated $14 million to charities including the Salvation Army, Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Guide Dogs Australia and the RSPCA.
Reporter Samantha Poate will have the full report tonight.
