From utter despair to jubilation – residents in Williamtown and two other RAAF communities, are celebrating a major win over Defence and the legacy of toxic chemical contamination.
A class action brought by those affected by PFAS, came to a dramatic conclusion late last night, as their lawyers and the Australian Government reached an in-principle agreement to settle the case.
