CENTRAL COAST ROOSTERS ACADEMY HOLDS GALA DAY

NRL stars of the future descended on Long Jetty to launch the Central Coast Roosters Academy today.

Many took the rare chance to hold the premiership trophy, and look up to local products who now wear the Tri-Colours, like Matt Ikuvalu.

A gala day at the facility, saw hundreds of players test out the new and improved footy fields.

But that’s not all the academy boasts.

“We’ve got a video analysis room for all the staff and the players. We’ve also put a gym in. A medical room and an office,” Sydney Roosters’ John Strange said.

“So it’s a fully functional facility here.”
