COUNCIL “SETS THE MENU” AHEAD OF 2020 TASTE TAMWORTH FESTIVAL

It’s almost time to get your tastebuds ready, with Tamworth Regional Council today announcing it’s set the menu for the 2020 Taste Tamworth Festival.

Favourites will return… but they may look a little different.

Taste in the Park will feature a new ‘Garden Bar’, that will remain open until 7pm.

While the popular Long Lunch will move to a new location with a spectacular view – Oxley Lookout.

“It’s been running for nine years, and this year we’ve decided to condense some of the activities over a four-day period, rather than spread it out over a 10, to give visitors an opportunity to actually plan their weekend and come and experience some of those foodie delights that Tamworth has to offer.”

The Council is also introducing a “Taste Month” campaign, to educate visitors on the region’s produce.
