NELSON BAY BEACHES COULD REMAIN CLOSED FOR UP TO A WEEK

Port Stephens Council says it could be almost a week before beaches at Nelson Bay reopen, following a massive sewage leak.

For the second day in a row, holidaymakers wanting to enjoy the water have been directed to other swimming spots.
