A 52-year-old woman has been charged with 56 drug-related offences, following a search of her Jesmond home.
Police arrested the woman at a unit on Blue Gum Road yesterday, where they allegedly found cannabis, scales, phones, a lap top and tablet computers.
Her arrest comes after a three month investigation into the supply of methylamphetamine, cannabis and prescribed restricted substances.
A 26-year-old man was also charged during the operation.
