Cancer Council New South Wales has become the first charity to partner with “Play for Lives.”

The initiative calls on athletes and fans to donate the time they’d normally spend on sport, to volunteer with an organisation in need.

Isobella Evans is a journalist with NBN News in Newcastle. After discovering a love for writing in primary school, Bella went on to complete a Bachelor of Communication at the University of Newcastle in 2018.
