The Ruby Princess will leave Australian shores today after the final group of crew members were evacuated from the ship.
Around 150 Filipino crew are on their way to Sydney Airport to start the repatriation process, before catching a flight back to Manila this evening.
Another 21 crew are in mandatory quarantine in Sydney hotels, where they will remain for 14 days.
While 500 will remain on board, when the vessel departs.
The cruise ship is expected to leave Port Kembla at 4pm, five weeks after it was docked in Sydney and 2700 passengers were permitted to disembark.
The ships has been linked to almost 700 coronavirus cases in Australia and 21 deaths.
