Hundreds of people have been tested for coronavirus at pop-up clinics in Tamworth and Armidale.
A testing blitz was launched on Monday and 200 people visited the Tamworth facility in the first two days alone.
It’s prompted Hunter New England Health to extend operations.
Both clinics will remain open until May 8.
There have been no new cases confirmed during the testing period so far.
