GRAFTON JOCKEY RULES THE BALLINA RACES

Grafton jockey Ben Looker claimed four wins at Ballina’s seven-race meet yesterday afternoon.

Looker crossed the line first with ‘Miss Magnolia’, ‘Enterprise Keren’, ‘Lucap’ and ‘Group Think’ in races two, three, four and five respectively.

Lismore trainer Daniel Bowen prepared the four-year-old gelding ‘Lucap’ for his first win.

Racing will continue in the Northern Rivers later this week – with Lismore Turf Club receiving more than one-hundred nominations for its meet on Thursday.
