RURAL CRIME POLICE WARN PARK HUNTERS TO BE WARY OF THE RULES

Rural crime police are warning hunters to be mindful of where, when and how they undertake hunting activities.
The reminder comes after a man copped a $500 fine near Pilliga (PILLY-GAH) earlier this week, accused of illegally hunting a pig in a national park.
Cops are also on the look-out for non-microchipped hunting dogs.
Anyone caught undertaking illegal hunting activities can face hefty fines, as well as confiscation of vehicles or equipment involved.
