An 11-year-old boy is being assessed for potential head injuries after he came off his bike on a dirt road at Merewether this morning.
Emergency services were called to Gun Club Road just after 10 o’clock, and arrived within half an hour of the accident to recover the boy, who fell at least ten metres.
Several ambulance crews are on scene, including a specialist medical team.
