TRIBUTES FLOW FOR FORMER GOSFORD MAYOR

Tributes are flowing for former Gosford mayor Malcolm Brooks who passed away this week.
The Liberal Party stalwart also served as the Member for Gosford from 1973 to 1976.
Mr Brooks played a role in the creation of a network of bushland reserves as part of the Coastal Open Space System.
He also helped to establish the Gosford Regional Gallery and a sister-city relationship with Edogawa in Japan.
Malcolm Brooks was 90 years old.
