A Newcastle woman who went missing in bushland on Thursday has been found safe and well.
The 38-year-old was seen walking into bushland at Jesmond park around 11am.
A search involving police on trail bikes, Pol Air and the SES went into the night.
The woman was later found in Church Street, Mayfield, after police received a call from the public.
