TEENAGERS TO FACE COURT OVER MACCAS FIRE
Four teenagers have been charged with lighting a fire that destroyed the playground at Cessnock McDonalds on Sunday.
Emergency services were called to Allandale Road, at 3.30am on the 19th of July, where fire crews spent almost an hour extinguishing flames.
Police arrested a 15 year old boy and a 14 year old boy at two separate high schools yesterday.
Two teenage girls, aged 16 and 17 were also arrested at Cessnock Police Station.
The group will appear at a children’s court on August 11.
