A man has been charged with high drink-driving after an alleged near miss with a police car at Green Point.
Officers pulled up the 47-year-old near the Avoca Drive roundabout just before 2:30am – where it’s alleged he blew 0.305.
While in Terrigal, a 22-year-old man is accused hitting a string of parked cars on Scenic Drive while more than four times the legal blood alcohol limit.
Both men were charged with high-range drink driving and will face a Gosford magistrate at a later date.
