OVER 400 HECTARES BURNT IN ACTIVE NORTH COAST BUSHFIRES

Bushfires on the north coast are still burning, with some still out of control.

The bushfire near Duranbah that’s burnt almost 300 hectares is under control, while the Mooball bushfire remains out of control.

Further south, more than 300 hectares of land has been burnt across two fires at Smiths Creek, while the Pillar Valley bushfire is being controlled.

116 hectares has been burnt at Valley View Trail near Bollanolla.
