The Hunter region’s biggest running festival has been cancelled.
‘NewRun’ – which has been postponed twice already this year – was scheduled to be held in October.
But the event’s director says health orders restricting community events to 500 people has made the run no longer tenable.
People who nominated can transfer that to the 2021 event, take a credit or request a refund.
The next ‘NewRun’ is planned for April 11.
