A teenager has been charged with murder over a house fire which claimed the life of a 64-year-old man at Kyogle.
Police discovered a body inside a burnt out home on Smiths Creek Road on August 16.
A 17-year-old boy was arrested yesterday.
He’s also charged with interfering with a corpse and malicious damage by fire.
The accused faced a Children’s Court in Parramatta this morning.
