An eight-year-old girl has died in hospital after she was shot in the head with an arrow on Boxing Day in Manilla.
The girl sustained an injury above her right eye at around 7.30pm and was taken to Tamworth Hospital.
She was then airlifted to Sydney on Tuesday morning for emergency surgery, but died just after 4 yesterday afternoon.
Police say investigations are continuing.
