VULNERABLE SPECIES FOUND REPOPULATING EAST OF GLEN INNES

After years of drought and the black summer bush fires, the vulnerable parma wallaby and potoroo are making their resurgence known in the North West.
Cameras have captured the curious natives playing and parenting post bush fire in a hard-hit National Park, east of Glen Innes.
One was even seen nursing a joey in her pouch.
Spotted-tailed quolls, greater gliders and Rufous scrub-bird’s were also sighted.
