A 16-year-old boy has suffered a dislocated ankle after falling off his bicycle at Belmont.
The teen was riding with friends on Crown Street when the accident occurred and has been receiving treatment from paramedics for more than an hour.
NSW Ambulance were alerted to the incident at 2pm on Sunday afternoon.
Paramedics are working to stabilise the teen to transport him to John Hunter Hospital.
