REMEMBRANCE DAY TRIBUTE SEES HUNDREDS OF POPPIES AT LOCAL CHURCH

The finishing touches have been placed on a Remembrance Day tribute at Gosford Anglican Church.
Hundreds of crocheted poppies have been installed on its lawn, ahead of November 11.
The scene references to the artwork, Menin Gate at Midnight, with helmets symbolising Australians who did not return from the Western Front.
