NO COVID-19 CASES IN NSW FOR THIRD DAY IN A ROW

It’s good news regarding the coronavirus fight in New South Wales, the state going two consecutive days without recording a locally acquried case.

There were seven new cases recorded in the daily update from New South Wales Health, however they are all returned travellers who remain in hotel quarantine.

Currently, 63 patients are being treated statewide for the virus; one in intensive care.

A health alert remains for Sydney’s Southern Highlands after traces of COVID-19 were detected in local sewage.

People who live in or have visited the following suburbs should remain on high alert: Quakers Hill, Castle Hill, Annangrove, Kellyville, Box Hill, Kenthurst, Glenhaven, The Ponds, Rouse Hill, North Kellyville, Kellyville Ridge, Beaumont Hills, Stanhope Gardens, Baulkham Hills, Glenwood, Bella Vista, Parklea, Acacia Gardens and Norwest.

Anyone with flu-like symtpoms is being urged to come forward for testing.
