Around 200 Hunter workers have scored jobs at the new Bunnings warehouse, opening at Bennetts Green.
The warehouse replaces the existing one at Belmont, and is more than 4000 square metres bigger, with 300 parking spots.
“We have 140 team members that are coming across from the old Belmont store, we’ve employed an additional 55 team members from the local community.” – Andrew Farguharson, Manager.
It’s expected to open to customers this weekend.
