Plans for a new water park in Tuncurry are being formed – but not until MidCoast Council receives feedback on what residents would like to see.
The community consultation will focus on the construction of the playground, including amenities as well as a barbecue and picnic area.
Council hopes to later expand facilities to develop a Tuncurry recreation precinct, with plans for a bike path, extra parking and safe access to Lone Pine Park.
The facility will be open all year round and be free of charge.
