A father of five missing in bushland west of Newcastle has been found alive.
55-year-old Allan Williams was reportedly suffering complications from his medication.
Late yesterday afternoon his vehicle was found near Link Road, but search efforts in nearby bushland were hampered by poor light.
Polair, police and SES crews resumed the search this morning.
He suffers a number of health conditions including epilepsy.
