A teenager is in custody, accused of robbing a fast food restaurant at Scone last month.
Police arrested the 16-year-old boy on Sunday morning at a home in Scone.
It’s alleged he was involved in an armed hold up on the night of November 16.
Police claim he entered the shop on Kelly Street and threatened a 19-year-old man with a knife, demanding cash.
The employee handed over cash and the offender fled.
The two staff members present at the time were not injured.
The teen was taken to Muswellbrook Police Station and charged with robbery armed with offensive weapon.
He will face a children’s court today.
