Police have charged a woman over a fatal car crash in the Hunter Valley last November.
A 31-year-old Cessnock man died, when the vehicle he was in collided with two other cars on Wine Country Drive at Pokolbin.
A 27-year-old woman has been charged with nine offences, including dangerous driving occasioning death.
She was refused bail in a Sydney court today, and is due to reappear late next month.
