Central Coast seniors can now apply for a regional travel card for a second year.
More than 40,000 local pensioners received the $250 prepaid visa card last year which helps offset the cost of essential travel.
It can be used to cover taxi fares, train and coach services and to purchase fuel.
The state government initiative was designed to make it easier for eligible seniors to get to and from doctor’s appointments, shopping centres and stay connected with loved ones.
