A VALENTINE’S TUNE FROM NEWCASTLE’S HOTTEST FEMALE BAND

They’re known for their big hair and leg warmers, but today, on lover’s day, ‘Hot Flush’ released a new music video titled ‘Cheap Love.’

The rock band from Newcastle is made up of four fierce females from different professions, all with a passion for 80’s rock.

Not a group that shies away from big issues and real life problems, the women explain there is a message behind their new lyrics – that love can be cheap, brutal, harsh and disappointing.

Equally, they say love can also be passionate and exciting, “you hold Cupid’s pen so shoot that poison arrow!”

The new single can be found on the Hot Flush Facebook page or YouTube.

Today, NBN News reporter Lauren Kempe caught up with the girls to discuss their latest hit.

Tune in tonight at 6 for the full report.
