KATHLEEN FOLBIGG HEARING
In a 4 day hearing starting today, child killer Kathleen Folbigg is appealing against a judicial inquiry in the NSW Criminal Court of Appeal.
The 51 year old from the Upper Hunter was jailed for 25 years in 2003.
Former chief judge of the District Court, the Honourable Reginald Blanch headed a high-profile review in 1999 of Folbigg’s convictions and concluded he’d found evidence that “reinforces her guilt”.
