APPEAL TO LOCATED WANTED CENTRAL COAST MAN

Police are asking for help to locate a man wanted on an outstanding warrant on the state’s Central Coast.

James Yates is wanted in relation to armed robbery and take and detain offences.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, between 175cm-180cm tall, of solid build with brown hair and blue eyes.

The 26-year-old is known to frequent the Central Coast, Newcastle and Forster areas.

Tuggerah Lakes police are urging anyone who may have information to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.

Anyone who sees this man is urged not to approach him but to instead call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
