FAR NORTH COAST JUNIOR FOOTBALL SEASON KICKS OFF

An overnight downpour forced several football fields across the Far North Coast to be closed today.

Many games still went ahead though – with hundreds of juniors lacing up their boots for the first time this season.

More than 6,500 people have signed-up to play this year, with registrations closing on June 30.
