DRIVER DIES IN HEAD-ON HUNTER COLLISION

The New South Wales road toll has risen further – a driver dying in a head-on crash in the Hunter region.

Police say the cars collided on Richardson Road near Raymond Terrace, at around 11 o’clock this morning.

Two female passengers were taken to John Hunter Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The other driver was also taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
