27-year-old Connor Fuller remains behind bars, charged with the murder of a man at South West Rocks on Wednesday night.
He faced Kempsey Local Court today via video link and was refused bail to reappear on September 22.
Police are seeking witnesses and CCTV footage to determine what led to the death of 61 year old Mark Tozer.
It’s believed the men were involved in an alleged road rage incident.
