A Frederickton man will face Kempsey Local Court next month charged with allegedly leading police on a pursuit through Kempsey overnight.
Officers say the pursuit began on Lord Street, with police deploying road spikes on Old Station Road.
The silver Subaru Forrester was stopped on South West Rocks Road, where the 27-year-old driver was arrested.
He was granted strict conditional bail to face court on August 16.
