‘Grain Products Australia’ in Tamworth has gone into voluntary administration,
after the board of directors were unsuccessful in finding a buyer to secure the business’s future.
Last night, McGrathNicol was appointed receiver and manager of the company, it plans to conduct an urgent review of the business in order to prepare it for sale.
The company says all offers for GPA’s business assets, including those that have already been made, will be considered.
