Community legal group, the Environmental Defenders Office, has launched a challenge to the recent approval of a large housing development for Catherine Hill Bay.
Solicitors acting on behalf of the local progress association will take concerns over the heritage value of the area to the Land and Environment Court next month.
Rose Group’s 500-lot housing development was approved by the State Planning Commission back in May.
